Guided Meditations

Guided Meditations

Meditation is a system of mental training originally developed in Eastern contemplative traditions as a means to explore and expand the mind.

Today, meditation is more widely accessible, in large part, due to the proliferation of secular mindfulness-based programs, such as Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction that integrate adaptations of traditional meditation while excluding the religious overlay. 

By practicing meditation regularly we can develop greater mindfulness both on the cushion and in our daily life. Below are some guided meditation recordings for your exploration…
