Community practice provides a structured source of support for maintaining and deepening practice and integrating mindfulness into daily life.

Mindfulness in the Heartland offers community practice sessions for mindfulness practitioners who are seeking ways to be in community with other like-hearted individuals.

Join us monthly for some mindful tea drinking, meditation, and friendly discussion.

10 a.m. to 11 a.m.
Location: Centered Spirit

This event is offered freely but donations are appreciated. Space is limited.

Register

Join us for a morning of mindful movement and meditation!

Our time together will include some gentle stretching followed by a guided meditation, and time for community connection.

Sunday, October 20th
10 a.m. to 11 a.m.
Location: Marshall’s Rest in Brookside*

This event is offered freely, but your financial generosity is appreciated and will benefit the local non-profit The Resilient Activist.

Amy Zoe Schonhoff (she/her) is the founder of Mindfulness in the Heartland. Amy has been practicing mindfulness for over 30 years, is a certified teacher of Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and a certified practitioner of Advanced Trauma-Sensitive Mindfulness. It is her intention to inspire you to live as if every moment matters.
