Community practice provides a structured source of support for maintaining and deepening practice and integrating mindfulness into daily life.
Sacred Space

Amy partners with the Pilgrim Center and Leslie Tenjack of Light Shift Counseling to offer weekly community practice sessions for new and established mindfulness practitioners who are seeking ways to be in community with other like-hearted individuals.
You are invited to join us at the Pilgrim Chapel from 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. each Sunday morning for our Sacred Space program: an opportunity to gather in community for inspiration, healing, and a focus on self-care. These sessions are donation-based.
Mindful Movement & Meditation

In times of stress and uncertainty, many of us are longing for simple practices that help us return to steadiness, clarity, and connection. Mindful Movement & Meditation offers an opportunity to pause, breathe, and reconnect in the supportive presence of community.
Each weekly, one-hour session combines gentle mindful movement and guided meditation to help calm the nervous system, release tension, and cultivate greater awareness in everyday life.
This welcoming community practice is open to everyone—from those with an established meditation practice to those who are completely new to mindfulness. No prior experience is necessary.
